As we gather together in-person we have made the following changes/adjustments to our in-person environments:
SERVICE TIMES WILL BE 9AM & 11AM
This gives us an opportunity to sanitize high-touch areas as well as a time for transition of people in our lobby and hallways.
ROWS WILL BE SPACED OUT FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING
We have reduced our seating capacity in our auditorium by about 50%. We ask that families be mindful of social distancing and leave space between family groups.
THERE WILIL BE NO DRINKS OR DONUTS SERVED
We have temporarily suspended serving drinks and donuts. Allowing us more opportunities to social distance and removing high touch areas in our lobby, we will not be having our cafe at this time.
DOORS WILL BE PROPPED
When we can, we will prop all doors to help reduce high-touch areas.
HAND SANITIZING STATIONS AVAILABLE
We will have hand-sanitizing stations available throughout the building.
Our staff and volunteers will be wearing facemasks while serving. We ask that you do as well.
We will be changing the flow of "traffic" in the Kids Hall. We encourage parents to park in the WEST lot and ENTER through those doors. We will have check-in areas available at those doors. Parents will then check in kids and then go to the auditorium. Our plan is to then encourage parents to pick up their kids and exit the building through the West doors.
OFFERING AND COMMUNION
We will not be passing an offering bucket, instead we will use our giving boxes that are located near the auditorium doors. We will also not have weekly communion as we have in the past.
For those not able to make it to church on Sundays or not comfortable attending in-person, we will be streaming our services live online.
